Payment:
- Payments shall be made upon project delivery prior to media download, unless agreed upon by White Oak Media, LLC and client otherwise.
Service Area:
- 40 miles from White Oak Media business address there is no travel fee.
- 41-60 miles will have a travel fee calculated and applied at the time of booking.
- 40-50 miles will be $25 +$.75 per mile.
- 50-70 miles will be $45 +$.75 per mile.
- 60-70 miles requires package booking.
- >70 miles requires the "Complete Package" booking or a minimum order of $750.
Rescheduling/Cancellation:
- There is a $50 fee if cancellation occurs while the photographer is traveling to the site.
- There is a $75 cancellation fee if the photographer arrives on site to shoot and is unable to proceed due to the condition of the property per the listing agent, or any other reason, resulting in an on-site cancellation.
- If a partial shoot has occurred prior to the cancellation, for whatever reason, White Oak Media, LLC reserves the right to invoice for the entirety of that service.
Copyright Notice:
- White Oak Media, LLC is the copyright holder of any image we produce. The copyright of an image is not transferred to any other party unless a specific written agreement is in place. Licensing may be obtained for various applications of images through White Oak Media, LLC. Please contact us for more details.
Photo Rights and Usage:
- The original agent who paid for this service has permission to use these images on any electronic or printed form of advertisement for the promotion of the booked property. The licensing agreement is valid only for the duration the home/ property is listed for sale and cannot be reused without specific written permission.
- Images cannot be sold to another agent who takes over an expired or withdrawn listing, as the purchasing agent does not own the photographs, but rather the right to use them during the specific term the property is for sale.
- The purchasing agent may reuse photos if the property is temporarily removed from the market.
Agreement:
- Full agreement to the "Terms and Conditions" will be inferred upon client verbal and/or written confirmation of booking time.
